The double-layer anti-radiation fabric garment comprises a garment body (1), wherein a fixing layer (2) which is flexible plastic is arranged at the neckline of the garment body (1); a wrapping layer (3) is also arranged at the neckline of the garment body (1) and wraps the fixing layer (2); the garment body is made from a fabric; the fabric consists of a surface layer of weft yarns which do not contain stainless steel fibers, a surface layer of warp yarns which do not contain stainless steel fibers, an inner layer of weft yarns containing stainless steel fibers and an inner layer of warp yarns containing stainless steel fibers; the surface layer of weft yarns which do not contain stainless steel fibers and the surface layer of warp yarns which do not contain stainless steel fibers are woven into a surface layer of textile, and the inner layer of weft yarns containing stainless steel fibers and the inner layer of warp yarns containing stainless steel fibers are woven into an inner layer of textile.
