The invention discloses a method for measuring a pumped storage
power station energy production / a motor rotor rotating
inertia, which trips off a motor switch and a
dynamo magnetic blow-out switch suddenly in a manner of phasing operation to maintain the pressing sate; measures the moderating process of the rotor of the
machine set in the pressing state (a turning wheel of a
water turbine rotates in pressed air without contacting
water body), records time of rotate speed reducing from rated speed to 90% of rated speed; measures the input
electric power (active power), the tolerance of a
dynamo stator and a rotor, and the winding temperature of the
stator and the rotor in the phasing operation of the
machine set; calculates iron loss and
copper loss of the motor in phasing operation by using the iron loss and
copper loss of the
stator and the rotor obtained by the experiment of the motor stator, rotor tolerance and
motor efficiency; difference value between sum of loss of the two phases to the input
electric power of phasing operation of the
machine set is the
total mechanical consumption of the rotor of the machine set in the moderating process in the pressing state. The total rotation
inertia of the machine set can be obtained by
total mechanical consumption power and moderating time.
