36 results about "Pseudomonas monteilii" patented technology

Pseudomonas monteilii is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, motile bacterium isolated from human bronchial aspirate. P. monteilii grows in temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius. The species is capable of respiratory metabolism, but not fermentative metabolism. Laboratory observations were made on the species' production of fluorescent pigments, cytochrome oxidases, and catalases. The species is named in honor of the French microbiologist Henri Monteil.

Pseudomonas monteilii and application thereof

The present invention provides pseudomonas monteilii and an application thereof. A preservation number of the pseudomonas monteilii PM-41 is CGMCC No.18491. The application method is as follows: afterthe pseudomonas monteilii PM-41 is activated, fermented and cultured, the pseudomonas monteilii PM-41 is applied in notoginseng root. The provided pseudomonas monteilii PM-41 has good disease prevention and growth promotion functions, can antagonize notoginseng root cylindrocarpon destructans, reduces occurrence of notoginseng root rusted root disease, and at same time can degrade autotoxic substances secreted by the notoginseng root, especially saponin Rg1 and Rb1, concentration of the autotoxic substances is significantly reduced after 192 hours of inoculation, and besides, a degradation rate reaches 15% or more. The provided pseudomonas monteilii PM-41 can effectively improve an emergence rate of the notoginseng root in continuous cropping soil by 20% or more and obviously relieves continuous cropping obstacles.
