natural gas hydrate dynamic inhibitor and a preparation method. N-vinyl pyrrolidone (NVP), N-vinyl
caprolactam (NVCL),
acrylamide (AM) and
acrylonitrile (AN) are used as synthesizing monomers,
ammonium persulfate and
sodium bisulfite are used as initiators, free radical
solution polymerization reaction is performed in a
solvent to obtain the
hydrate inhibitor, wherein the monomers include, by
mass, NVP 40-70%, NVCL 10-40%, AM 5-20% and AN 5-10%, the initiators account for 0.3% of the total
mass of the monomers, and the
mass ratio of the two initiators is 1 to 1. The
mass ratio of the synthesized
hydrate inhibitor to
ethylene glycol is 1.5:80 to 2:80, and the best inhibition performance is obtained through compatibility. The synthesized inhibitor reduces the hydrate generation temperature to a greater degree, prolongs the
induction time and is suitable for
recovery and delivery of oil and gas fields. The polycyclic polymerized
natural gas hydrate dynamic inhibitor is quick and convenient to synthesize, low in cost, easy to biodegrade and wide in application prospect.
