The invention discloses an out-of-focus compensated high-power narrow linewidth and
linear polarization optical fiber laser generating
system. The out-of-focus compensated high-power narrow linewidthand
linear polarization optical fiber laser generating
system comprises a narrow linewidth and
linear polarization optical fiber seed source, a polarization control module, a non-polarization-maintaining cascading optical
fiber amplifier, an out-of-focus compensated beam-expanding collimating
system, an integrated polarization and optical
signal extracting module and an active polarization controlsystem.
Laser output from the narrow linewidth and linear polarization optical
fiber seed source is injected to the non-polarization-maintaining cascading optical
fiber amplifier through the polarization control module, and the amplified
laser is injected to the integrated polarization and optical
signal extracting module through the out-of-focus compensated beam-expanding collimating system. Anextracted optical
signal is converted to an electrical signal by the integrated polarization and optical signal extracting module, and the electrical signal is injected to the active polarization
control system. The electrical signal is processed by the active polarization
control system, and a
control signal is applied to the polarization control module, so the closed-
loop control of the whole system is realized. The system is capable of simultaneously realizing the high-power narrow linewidth, linear polarization, and low-aberration optical
fiber laser output.
