The invention has the advantages that the fluorescent powder is separated from the wafer, so as to prevent the fluorescent powder from blackening caused by thermal aging and carbonization, stabilize the color temperature and lighting strength and improve the optical efficiency by 16 to 36 percent. After aging test of 5000 hours, the luminous flux of the product is more than 90 percent of the original luminous flux, so that the invention can be used for producing various lamps such as serial LED lamps, LED signal lamps, LED indicating lamps and LED decorative lamps.
