seedling raising and direct seeding planting of leaf vegetables. The method comprises the steps that raw materials are sent to material piling openings of a proportionally-mixed material stirring
machine after
fermentation for work; the four base materials enter the material stirring
machine simultaneously, and are mixed and sent to a continuous material loading
machine; the continuous material loading machine conveys the base materials to a continuous disinfection cabinet for heating; material discharging is started; the materials are sent to a continuous strong cooling
waste heat recovery machine for
air cooling and
waste heat is recovered to a material feeding end of the continuous disinfection cabinet for reuse; the base materials are cooled in the continuous strong cooling
waste heat recovery machine and discharged from the continuous strong cooling waste heat
recovery machine at the same time, the material discharging speed being adjustable; when the cooled base materials are sent to a material loading machine, a tray delivering machine
system and a tray filling machine
system work simultaneously; a seeding
system can work and perform watering; trays then enter a slideway machine and slide to a water conveying track; after seeding, if seeds need
germination accelerating, the trays are sent to a
germination accelerating chamber first. The method achieves an automatic mechanical planting mode of a whole planting process and solves the problem of labor shortage.
