The invention discloses an
automatic control fractionation device and application thereof and relates to the technical field of
distillation. The
automatic control fractionation device is characterized in that a flask belly of a single-opening flask is arranged in a
temperature control dry bath boiler; the single-opening flask is connected with a three-way
distillation head; an upper opening of the three-way
distillation head is connected to a temperature sensor; the temperature sensor is connected with a
programmable logic controller (PLC); the PLC is connected with a four-position three-way electric valve; the side opening of the three-way distillation head is connected with an inlet of a condensation
pipe; an outlet of the condensation
pipe is connected with a liquid receiving
pipe; and the four-position three-way electric valve is connected with a liquid receiving
bottle. The application comprises the following steps of: 1, writing a program about
temperature control conditions required by materials to be distilled and separated into the PLC; 2, placing material liquid to be fractionated into the single-opening flask; 3, enabling the material liquid to flow into the liquid receiving
bottle A through the liquid receiving pipe, the four-position three-way electric valve and a guide hose A; and 4, when low-temperature components are completely distilled, rising the temperature, sending a
signal to a PLC control module by the temperature sensor, sending out an instruction from the PLC to switch the position of the electric valve. The
automatic control fractionation device has the characteristic of simple structure and can precisely control fractionation of components with different boiling points.
