The mill ring is a ring provided with a bottom; a curved groove is arranged on the inner wall circling the ring, and the groove structure matches the roller; during no-load operation, the central line of the roller is vertical with the bottom surface of the mill ring, and the roller is tangent with the curved groove of the inner wall of the mill ring; the distance of shaft centers is equal to the maximum diameter of the roller. The invention has the advantages of high compactness of the burden bed and low material fluidity; burden-bed milling of powder material can be realized and the milling efficiency is relatively high.
