A heat exchanger includes an outer tube and an inner tube coaxially arranged within the outer tube. Both of the outer tube and the inner tube include a fluid channel formed therein. A first fluid flows through the fluid channel of the outer tube, and a second fluid, in heat exchange relationship with the first fluid, flows through the fluid channel of the inner tube. At least one heat conductive feature is formed between the outer tube and the inner tube, and on an inner surface of the inner tube to maximize a heat exchange between the fluids.

A plastic resin extrusion line for the production of blown film includes an external thickness control device that provides a controllable amount of air from an inlet side through an annular region to one or two sets of lips. Barriers that can be manually or automatically controlled are provided in the annular region for localized control of air flow and thus for localized thickness control. The pressure drop across the barriers is significant relative to that in the lips.

An in-wheel motor for a vehicle includes: a stator with a connector attaching the stator to the vehicle, the connector including a shaft, an end plate of a larger diameter than the shaft, and a coolant passage through the end plate, the stator further including a hollow stator body with cylindrical outer surface and mounted to the connector. Cooling channels for circulating liquid coolant extend along the hollow stator body and are in fluid connection with the coolant supply duct, the cooling channels having an inlet for supply of liquid coolant to the plurality of channels and an outlet for discharging liquid coolant from the plurality of channels; wherein, at a side opposite from the connector member, the hollow stator body has an open end with a diameter larger than the diameter of the shaft. Also disclosed is a cooling jacket for such an in-wheel motor.

Quick -connect coupling for hydraulic fluid conduits

The invention relates to a quick-connect coupling for hydraulic fluid conduits. The inventive coupling consists of a male element and a female element comprising an outer tubular part and a mobile coupling part. In addition, joints are provided between the tubular parts and define chambers. According to the invention, during the coupling phase, one hydraulically-pressurised chamber can be communicated with an atmospheric pressure chamber, using at least one longitudinal groove or similar element which is disposed in the tubular coupling part or in the outer tubular part.
