Fertilized ova are put into a hatching pond for hatching after washing. Floating larvae after hatching are transferred into a nursery pond with an attachment substrate through a siphonage before metamorphosis so as to attach and metamorphose into juvenile abalones. The method provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, the haliotis iris is mature in gonad development, and relatively high in sperm or ovum releasing rate, and the fertility rate can reach 85%.
