The invention discloses a design method for inhibiting the oil stirring
power loss of a
transmission system. The design method comprises the following steps that the step 1, the oil stirring
power loss of each component in the comprehensive
transmission system at different rotating speeds is obtained through an oil stirring
power loss test, two or more components with the proportions
ranking fromlarge to small in the oil stirring power loss of the comprehensive
transmission system are selected to be subjected to power inhibition, wherein the selected components are a planetary speed change mechanism and a hydraulic component, and the hydraulic component comprises a steering hydraulic coupler and a hydraulic speed
reducer; and the step 2, oil stirring power loss inhibition is conducted onthe components selected in the step 1, and an inhibiting method comprises the steps that the
minimum distance between parts with the maximum speed difference in the planetary speed change mechanism isincreased, the leakage loss of a liquid filling control valve of a hydraulic component is reduced, and a sealing ring material with the small
friction coefficient is adopted. According to the method,the inhibition of the oil stirring power loss of the comprehensive transmission
system which is converted from one dimension to multiple dimensions and expands from the point to the domain can be achieved, and the design level of the
vehicle driving performance and the fuel economy can be improved advantageously.
