The invention relates to an infrared controller for a high-speed motion dry chemical projectile. The infrared controller is suitable for a controlled start of a fire extinguishment mode that the projectile is carried by an unmanned aerial vehicle when a fire disaster occurs in a high-rise building, a forest, a large oil storage tank, an oil pool and other environments. The infrared controller comprises infrared detectors, a printed board, a shell, a shell breaking awl and a switch. Secondary photosensitive infrared detectors are adopted as the infrared detectors. The printed board comprises apower supply circuit, a signal acquisition circuit, a signal amplification circuit, a single chip microcomputer processing circuit and a power output circuit. The shell adopts conical face streamlineddesign, and the three detectors are distributed and installed by 120-degree angles. When the fire extinguishment controller enters a fire area along with high-speed motion of the projectile, a sensorcan sense flame fast, and then a start current is output for the start of the projectile. The effects that the projectile operates at a high speed is suspended in the fire area while the projectile does not penetrate out of the fire area are ensured.
