roller screw. The planetary
roller screw is a transmission device for converting the rotation of an external motor to linear
reciprocating motion of a push rod and meanwhile converting input torque to output
axial force of the push rod. The planetary
roller screw comprises a nut, a plurality of rollers, a screw rod, inner tooth rings, a PTFE sealing element and an end
retainer. The screw rod and the nut are coaxially mounted, the multiple rollers are uniformly arranged between the screw rod and the nut, the screw threads of the rollers make contact with the
screw thread of the nut and the
screw thread of the screw rod at the same time, tooth wheels of the two ends of the rollers are engaged with the inner tooth rings, the rollers perform planetary motion around the screw rod, and meanwhile, the nut is pushed to perform
reciprocating motion along the axis of the screw rod. The nut and the push rod are fastened together through screws, an external spline of the external circle of the nut is matched with an internal spline of a guiding sleeve, and the nut drives the push rod to perform linear
