A present invention relates to a novel hybrid intelligent control system and method for power generating apparatuses, in which the control system comprises: a fuzzy sliding mode speed controller, embedded with a fuzzy inference mechanism so as to be used for controlling the speed of a power generating apparatus; and a radial basis function network (RBFN) pitch controller, being embedded with an on-line training RBFN so as to be used for controlling the pitch angle of a turbine coupled to the power generating apparatus. In a variable-speed energy conversion system using the aforesaid control system, the turbine can be driven to operate at its maximum efficiency by adjusting its blade pitch angle in response to the variation of the input flowing into the turbine, while allowing the shaft speed of the power generating apparatus to be controlled by a fuzzy interference mechanism so as to achieve its maximum power output.

Heat engines

This invention provides a heat engine based on the well-developed structure of internal combustion engines. The heat engine comprises at least a piston and cylinder assembly and at least two heating chambers associated with said piston and cylinder assembly to provide a significantly increased time period for heat transfer from a heat source to the gaseous working of the engine without increasing the number of strokes per power stroke in a cycle. Each said heating chamber has therewithin a heat exchanger unit that facilitates heat transfer from the heating source to the working fluid, such as air, substantially under a constant volume, a port leading to said cylinder space, and a heating-chamber valve, said valve opening or closing the port to establish or block communication between said heating chamber and cylinder space. For a heat engine utilizing intake and discharge strokes respectively for intake and discharge purposes, each said heating chamber in a cycle has an associated intake stroke, a compression stroke, a power stroke, a discharge stroke, and between said compression and power strokes a time period of 4(n−1) strokes available for heat transfer from the heat source to the working fluid enclosed within said heating chamber while the piston serves the working fluid associated with another heating chamber, where n is the number of the heating chambers per piston/cylinder assembly. For a heat engine utilizing a scavenging process for intake and discharge purposes, each said heating chamber in a cycle has an associated scavenging process to facilitate the discharge and intake of the working fluid, a compression stroke, a power stroke, and between said compression and power strokes a time period of 2(n−1) strokes available for heat transfer from the heat source to the working fluid enclosed within said heating chamber while the piston serves the working fluid associated with another heating chamber, where n is the number of the heating chambers per piston and cylinder assembly. Additionally, a heat engine based on a rotary internal combustion engine as well as the techniques using heat pipes to cool a rotary engine is disclosed.

The invention provides a method for testing a specific absorption rate of a TD-LTE mobile phone. Linear scaling processing is performed on an SAR value measured under a non-maximum duty ratio to scientifically and accurately evaluate the SAR value level of the TD-LTE mobile phone. According to the method provided by the invention, the existing test system and test method standards are maximally used, thereby avoiding large-scale system upgrade and standard amendment. Meanwhile, by adoption of the test method provided by the invention, the defect of a relatively large error resulting from the fact that the SAR test is performed on the TD-LTE mobile phone under limit working conditions is avoided, and the SAR test precision is improved, so that the detection and authentication risks of the TD-LTE mobile phone are effectively reduced.

The sensing unit receives the current and the voltage to produce a current signal and a voltage signal. The load-dumping unit is connected to the generator and the power conversion unit. The control units receives the current signal and the voltage signal, produces a current control signal to control the power conversion unit, and generates a voltage control signal to control the load-dumping so as to control the output power of the generator.

According to the invention, when the photovoltaic output of the photovoltaic converter is sufficient, the AC voltage is independently constructed, and the network construction control is realized; and when the photovoltaic output is insufficient and cannot meet the load demand, the photovoltaic converter adaptively adjusts the amplitude of the output voltage, stabilizes the frequency of the output voltage, and maintains the maximum photovoltaic power output.
