The invention relates to a dust and mist remover with a negative
ion generating device. The dust and mist remover comprises a unit cylinder, a
rotational flow guide vane and the negative
ion generating device, closely arranged unit cylinders are arranged in a desulfurization absorption
tower, and the unit cylinders are mounted above the uppermost desulfurization
slurry spraying layer; each unit cylinder is a cylinder which is installed in the
smoke flowing direction and provided with a smooth inner wall and a smooth outer wall, a plurality of stages of
rotational flow guide vanes are sequentially arranged in each unit cylinder from bottom to top, and the negative
ion generating device is arranged between the
rotational flow guide vanes or below the first stage of rotational flow guide vane. The unit cylinders are closely arranged in a rectangular or triangular manner; and the unit cylinders are vertically arranged on a supporting steel
grating in the desulfurization absorption
tower. The dust and mist remover has the beneficial effects that the rotational flow guide vanes and the negative ion generating device are arranged, various
modes such as
centrifugal separation and negativeion condensation are effectively combined for
flue gas treatment, the dust removal and demisting effects are good, and the concentration of
smoke dust and
fog drops in
flue gas at an outlet of the desulfurizing
tower can be effectively reduced.
