The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic
pilot control type plug-in type
check valve which comprises a valve body, a valve element, a valve cover, a spring and a
pilot valve. The valve cover is connected to the valve body in a covering mode, and the valve element and the spring are arranged in the valve body. The spring is connected between the valve cover and the valve element in a pressing mode, a cover plate is arranged on the valve cover, and a safety oil cylinder is defined by the valve cover and the cover plate together. A
piston type ejector rod used for executing opening and closing of the valve element and for detecting whether the valve element is closed or not is arranged in the safety oil cylinder in a sliding mode. One end of the
piston type ejector rod is connected with the valve element, and the other end of the
piston type ejector rod extends out of the cover plate. The valve element comprises a plug-in
check valve arranged in the valve element. The two ends of the plug-in
check valve are communicated with a first hole and a valve element cavity respectively, and the allowed flowing direction of the plug-in check valve is the direction from the first hole and the valve element cavity. The safety oil cylinder is divided into two rod cavities, namely a first piston cavity and a second piston cavity, by the piston type ejector rod. The electro-hydraulic
pilot control type plug-in type check valve has the advantages of being simple and reasonable in structure, high in safety, fast in closing response, low in
noise, and wide in application range.
