Abstract

The invention relates to a locking apparatus and a cap having the same. The locking apparatus is arranged on a cap which includes a main body part supported by one side of a container opening and an opn-close part that is supported by the main body part and can cover one side of the container opening, the locking apparatus capable of opening or closing a connecting state of the open-close part andthe main body part. The locking apparatus includes: a locking part, one side of which can pressurize one field of the open-close part; a convergence pin which is supported by the main body part and supports convergence of the locking part; an elastic part which provides elasticity to enable one field of the open-close part to be pressurized by the locking part; a movement part, one side of whichmoves in one direction of the locking part and which enables the elastic part to contract; and an open limit part, which is formed by protruding from the main body part and forms a clamp hole to allowinsertion of one portion of the movement part.
