The invention provides a method for quick identifying
pear ring rot resistance, and belongs to the technical fields of
plant disease resistance identification and evaluation and resource screening. The method comprises the steps of culturing
pear ring rot pathogens, treating leaves, performing
in vitro leaf inoculating and the like,
in vitro leaves are inoculated with
pear ring rot pathogens, andthe resistance of different species to the
disease is identified through performing observing and comparing according to
attack time and
attack rate of the leaves of different species, inoculated withthe pathogens. The method has the
advantage of early and repeated identification, the identification period of
disease resistance,( identification for one batch only needs 6-8 days), is shortened, the identification result accuracy is improved, human resources and
material resources for identification are saved, and high-flux identification is realized. In addition, the method is manually controllable in
pathogenesis condition, the resistance identification results are accurate and consistent, and the method can scientifically, efficiently and accurately identify the pear ring rot resistance.
