An aiming sight includes a controller, a power supply, an LED array, and a collimator. The power supply powers the LEDs to turn-on and turn-off, and powers the collimator to rotate. The collimator rotates to different rotational positions while the controller, the power supply, and the LED array remain fixed in place. The LEDs are positioned such that one LED and the collimator are at a constant angle and separated by a constant focal distance for each collimator position. The controller controls the collimator to rotate to a collimator position to generate an aiming dot at an angular position corresponding to the collimator position. The controller turns-on the LED which is at the constant angle and separated from the collimator by the constant focal distance and turns-off the remaining LEDs such that the collimator collimates light from the turned-on LED into the aiming dot at the angular position corresponding to the collimator position.

Thermally assisted magnetic recording device

There is provided a thermally assisted magnetic recording device capable of preventing collision between a thermally assisted magnetic recording head and a disk due to thermal deformation of a near-field transducer. The thermally assisted magnetic recording device includes a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature in the vicinity of the near-field transducer, a table that stores the relationship between temperature and deformation in the vicinity of the near-field transducer, and a control unit. The control unit calculates the deformation in the vicinity of the near-field transducer, from the temperature measured by the temperature sensor and the relationship between temperature and deformation stored in the table. Then, the control unit drives the flying height control actuator according to the calculated deformation to control the distance between the thermally assisted magnetic recording and the disk in order to avoid contact between them.

An object is to provide a method for manufacturing a light-emitting device including a flexible substrate, in which separation is performed without separation at the interface between the light-emitting layer and the electrode. A spacer formed of a light absorbing material which absorbs laser light is formed over a partition of one of substrates, a coloring layer is formed over the other substrate, and the substrates are bonded to each other with the use of a bonding layer. The light-emitting layer and the electrode which are formed over the spacer are irradiated with laser light through the coloring layer, so that at least the bonding layer among the light-emitting layer, the electrode, the coloring layer, and the bonding layer is melted to form a fixed portion where the bonding layer and the spacer are bonded by welding.

The invention discloses a method and system for automatically identifying express delivery barcode integrating machine vision and laser scanning. The method includes the following steps: using a light screen sensor to implement the height detection of express delivery parcels of all types various sizes on an automatic sorting line; in accordance with height values of various parcels, using one dimension linear motion unit to conduct self-adaptive adjustment on the height of a data acquisition unit so as to guarantee a constant distance between the data acquisition unit and an express delivery upper surface; combining a laser scanner and two groups of industrial cameras so as to finish barcode identification of express deliver barcodes, which increases identification accuracy; through comparison between barcode data and data in a network database, finding a destination of a parcel to be tested so as to finish sorting. The method has a high precision in identifying express delivery barcodes, can implement real-time identification on express delivery parcels of various sizes, reduces labor cost, and increases automation and intelligence level in the course of sorting express delivery parcels.

The invention discloses a coating device and a coating method. The coating device comprises a needle head, a clamp, an imaging device, a height measurement device and a control device, wherein paint is sprayed on the needle head, the clamp is positioned under the needle head, and the clamp and the needle head can relatively move in a transverse direction and a longitudinal direction; the imaging device, the height measurement device and the control device are positioned above the clamp; the needle head can vertically move relative to the clamp; the needle head is connected with a flow control device, and the imaging device, the height measurement device and the flow control device are connected with the control device. During coating, the injection quantity of the paint of the needle head and the opening and closing of a valve are controlled through the flow control device. In the injection process, the control device controls the relative positions of the clamp and the needle head in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction so as to ensure that the needle head carries out point injection according to a point injection track determined in advance, and controls the needle head to vertically move relative to the clamp so as to ensure that the distance between the needle head and the surface of a product to be coated is constant.

The multi-camera module comprises at least two cameras, a front shell mold insert, a main board, and a camera decoratingpart arranged in sequence along the optical axis direction of the at least two cameras, wherein the main board is fixed on the front shell mold insert, the camera decorating part is fixed on the mainboard, and the at least two cameras penetrate through the main board.
