The invention discloses a storage battery pole plate and a
drying process and device thereof. The
drying process comprises the following steps of curing a green pole plate coated with a lead plaster and then entering a
drying stage; adopting intermittent dehumidification at the drying stage, and setting the
humidity control upper limit during dehumidification. By means of the
moisture evaporationof the polar plate, the wet air is exhausted when the
humidity reaches the upper limit, the dry air is absorbed at the same time, then the dehumidification and air inlet functions are closed for
indoor air circulation to realize the internal air flowing, so that the temperature and
humidity of the internal air are consistent; after the
moisture in the lead plaster diffuses into the circulating air, and when the humidity reaches the humidity upper limit again, the dehumidification and air inlet operations are carried out. Along with the gradual drying of the polar plate, the circulating air exhaust is reduced gradually in stages to control the humidity upper limit, so that the polar plate is dried. Compared with the prior art of carrying out the dehumidification and air inlet operations allthe time, the energy is saved, the consumption is reduced, and the surface of the pole plate can be prevented from
cracking due to too fast drying. Through the circulation operation, the purpose of drying the polar plate is finally achieved, and the
energy consumption can be saved by 10-25% of the
energy consumption of a total curing cycle.
