The invention relates to a technique for purifying heavy oil-contaminated soil by an acoustochemical method, which comprises: preparing slurry by mixing an oil sample and deionized water, regulating the pH value of the slurry to 8 to 10, cleaning the slurry for 3 to 20 minutes by using ultrasonic waves at a treatment temperature of 15 to 25 DEG C, wherein an ultrasonic frequency is set to be 48 to 70kHz. When treated by the technique provided by the invention, the primary purification efficiency at normal temperature of the heavy oil-contaminated soil is increased and stabilized above 92 percent; and a requirement on a national allowed standard critical value of 500mg / kg is met. After Na2CO3 is added, the calcium and magnesium cations in soluble salts can be precipitated and separated by carbonates, and the created alkaline environment can completely shield interaction between solids brought by bivalent cations, particularly magnesium ions, and polar oil. A built acoustochemical operation parameter system can be quickly, simply and effectively used for heavy oil contamination remediation for purifying fine-grained salinized soil. After the heavy oil component of cleaning solution is subjected to simple standing and skimming treatment, the repeated utilization of the alkaline cleaning solution can be taken into consideration.
