The invention discloses a resistor divider type three-phase combined voltage transformer with zero sequence voltage output, which comprises an A-phase resistor divider, a B-phase resistor divider, a C-phase resistor divider, a protection and signal conditioning circuit, an analog-to-digital converter, microprocessors, a microprocessor, an RS485 communication interface and a public zero sequence resistor. The protection and signal conditioning circuit has six signal input ends and four channels of signal output ports. The protection and signal conditioning circuit consists of a discharge tube, a varistor, a voltage follower, a differential amplifying circuit and a low-pass filter circuit. The digital-to-analog converter converts the voltage signal from the protection and signal conditioning circuit into a corresponding digital signal. The microprocessor receives the digital signal and the zero sequence voltage digital signal and outputs them through the RS485 communication interface. According to the invention, the voltage transformer can simultaneously output the digital quantity which is linearly proportional to the primary voltage of each phase containing harmonic waves, measure the zero sequence voltage, and can conveniently carry out the phase voltage division ratio and the zero sequence voltage divider ratio checksum error adjustment.
