The invention relates to a
system and a method for measuring the vibration situation of
strip steel in a
gas cooling section. The
system comprises a gas spraying and blowing device, a
strip steel fixing device and a displacement measuring device, wherein the gas spraying and blowing device comprises a draught fan, a draught fan outlet regulating valve, an air passage main
pipe flow meter, a left air box and a right air box which are connected in sequence; the displacement measuring device comprises a displacement probe, and the displacement probe is sequentially connected with a displacement
signal converter and a
signal collection computer by cables. The method comprises the following steps of S1, calibrating a displacement measuring
system; S2, carrying out a P-V (Pressure-Volume) test on a gas spraying and blowing system; S3, installing the displacement probe; S4, assembling the system for measuring the vibration situation of the
strip steel in the
gas cooling section; S5, carrying out a vibration test; S6, carrying out
spectral analysis on vibration measuring data. According to the system and the method, disclosed by the invention, the vibration
hazard of the strip steel caused by a gas spraying box which is researched and developed at the moment can be tested and evaluated, and the safety of plate strips of a cold rolled
metal thin plate unit which is debugged or produced at the moment can be monitored.
