water supply requirements are designed. Secondly, reservoir runoff processes of different early warning levels are designed y examining the reliability, consistency and representativeness of long-series hydrological data; and the seasonal characteristics of factors such as reservoir runoff,
reservoir operation water level and
water supply demand are comprehensively considered, and drought early warning and staging are carried out on hydrological years. Thirdly, according to the designed
water demand process and the water supply guarantee priority, a graded and staging drought limit
water level water supply rule is determined, and graded and staging drought limit water levels are preliminarily determined; and finally, based on long-series runoff
process simulation, grading and staging drought limit water level rationality analysis and adjustment are carried out. According to the rationality
analysis method based on long-series
simulation and the reservoir drought limit water level feedback
correction method, the requirements for the
system water supply guarantee rate and the damage depth in
engineering application can be comprehensively considered, calculation is rapid and convenient, and the method is suitable for
engineering application and popularization.
