The invention discloses a collision safety detection device for a
fuel cell bus, and also discloses a control and use method of the collision safety detection device for the
fuel cell bus. According to the invention, a pipeline
interlocking detection scheme is adopted, and a simple, economical and high-precision
hydrogen pipeline resistance stress detection device is used. Strain gauges are adhered to a
hydrogen pipeline and a fuel
cell box body to serve as test points, each strain
signal is picked up and passes through a bridge balancing circuit and a
signal amplifying circuit, and the deformation condition of each
test point is judged, so that whether the
hydrogen pipeline is damaged can be directly detected. In addition, whether the vehicle is collided or not is judged by integrating electric signals such as triaxial acceleration, an
insulation resistance value, a hydrogen leakage value, the liquid level of cooling liquid of a fuel
cell system and the like, the hydrogen leakage danger caused by damage of hydrogen management is found in advance, and secondary accidents such as explosion or personnel
electric shock caused by hydrogen leakage after vehicle collision can be avoided.
