The invention also discloses the multi-hole probe automatic calibration method comprising the step that parameters are set on the upper computer; the zero position of the attack angle and the sideslip angle of the multi-hole probe is determined; the attack angle of the multi-hole probe is transformed to multiple preset attack angle values one by one, and the sideslip angle of the multi-hole probe is transformed to multiple preset sideslip angle values one by one so that the pressure value acquired by each pressure sensor under each preset attack angle value and each preset sideslip angle value of all the preset wind speed values within the wind speed interval is acquired; and the calibration fitting formula is calculated through the upper computer. Full-automatic calibration can be realized and the calibration accuracy can be enhanced.
