The invention relates to an
operating microscope. The
operating microscope comprises a main
microscope body and a binocular lens barrier seat, wherein the main
microscope body can swing towards two sides in a plane perpendicular to a binocular
visual axis of the binocular lens barrier seat with respect to the binocular
visual axis, the main
microscope body is internally provided with a large objective lens group and a
zoom group; and the binocular lens barrier seat is internally provided with a small objective lens group and an
eyepiece group. The
operating microscope further comprises an image deflecting and inverting
system, wherein the image deflecting and inverting
system comprises a first
imaging lens group, a steering
prism and a second
imaging lens group, the first
imaging lens group and the second imaging lens group are arranged in a relatively fixed manner, the steering lens group only performs primary steering on middle imaging of the first imaging lens group, and the imaginglight passes the large objective lens group, the
zoom group, the first imaging lens group, the steering
prism, the second imaging lens group, the small objective lens group and the
eyepiece group andis then observed. The operating microscope performs primary middle imaging in the image deflecting and inverting
system so as to reduce the
divergence of the light; and the lens groups at the two sides do not need relative movement, the
beam divergence is enabled to be reduced, and an
advantage of being shielding-free in
field of view is reserved at the same time.
