The invention relates to an automatic separation control device for
metal foreign objects in tobacco shreds. The automatic separation control device is characterized in that after a first
metal detector detects that the
metal objects are mixed in tobacco leaves, a first pneumatic door is controlled by a controller to be opened, so that the tobacco leaves mixed with the metal matters enter a discharging channel, and meanwhile, a blowing device is controlled to blow air upwards, so that the falling
time difference of the tobacco leaves and the metal objects is caused, the metal objects are separated from the tobacco leaves and are adsorbed by a first
magnet, the separation effect in the discharging channel is improved, the
time difference of conduction of the first
magnet and a second magnetis utilized, and the second
magnet is used for carrying out secondary separation on the metal objects which are not completely separated in the tobacco leaves; the tobacco leaves entering an upper-layer material box are detected through a second metal
detector, if the metal objects in the tobacco leaves are completely separated, a second pneumatic door is controlled to be opened to enable the tobacco leaves to fall into a lower-layer material box, and if it is detected that the tobacco leaves entering the upper-layer material box still contain the metal objects, the tobacco leaves are directly discharged from the upper-layer material box, and automatic separation of the tobacco leaves and the metal objects is achieved.
