The heater is used to heat solely the saturated moisture that is brought about by the saturer, which can make the temperature and humidity of the workaround be up to the preset numerical value. In comparison with the testing chamber without the heater, the balance time can be shortened by 20-40 percent, and at the same time, the demand of high temperature and high humidity can be easily attained. Thus, the present invention has the advantages of expanding the scope of humidity test; shortening the balance time; and making the temperature and humidity testing chamber meet the demands of high temperature and high humidity.
