According to a functional block diagram of the electric appliance product aging tester, a touch screen, an industrial personal computer, a centralized controller, a switching power source and A-side and B-side control units are respectively powered by AC220V voltage input after a K main switch is switched on; parameters such as A-side or B-side test time, power parameters, temperature parameters, high-pressure parameters, low-pressure parameters, impact testparameters, failure product parameters, group alarm turn-off and the like are set on a touch screen page for confirmation; K1 and K2 are switched on to acquire serial number data corresponding to A-side or B-side control units in one-one correspondence in real time, and the serial number data are transmitted to a touch screen and an industrial personal computer for storage and display. Accordingto the electric appliance product aging tester disclosed in the invention, the K1 switch and the K2 switch are switched on to transmit the number data which is acquired in real time and corresponds tothe A-side or B-side control units in one-one correspondence to the touch screen and the industrial personal computer for storage and display; batch products are sorted and screened within the test time: qualified products, unqualified products and invalid products are counted and gathered to generate reports.
