The invention provides an artificial whole
hip joint prosthesis having an axial limiting and anti-
dislocation structure. The artificial whole
hip joint prosthesis comprises an acetabular
prosthesis, an inner liner and a
caput femoris prosthesis. The inner liner is arranged in a groove of the acetabular
prosthesis, and the
caput femoris prosthesis is arranged in a groove of the inner liner. The artificial whole
hip joint prosthesis further comprises an axial limiting and anti-
dislocation structure, the axial limiting and anti-
