The artificial hip joint comprises an artificial fossa acetabuli, a ceramic femoral head prosthesis and the acetabulum prosthesis; the inner spherical surface of the ceramic acetabulum main body makes into contact with the ceramic femoral head prosthesis; and the outer sphericalsurface of the ceramic acetabulum main body makes into contact with the artificial fossa acetabuli.
