The invention discloses a dynamic condensation based finite element model correction method. The method includes steps: firstly, reasonably arranging sensors on a testing structure to measure dynamicresponse data of the structure; then, constructing an initial finite element model according to a structural construction drawing, and calculating dynamic response and dynamic response sensitivity ofthe finite element model on the basis of a dynamic condensation method; finally, constructing a target function according to residual errors of measured response and dynamic response obtained by dynamic condensation calculation, and taking the dynamic response sensitivity as a quick optimization direction to repeatedly adjust structural unit correction parameters to minimize the target function, so that structural finite element model correction is realized. The dynamic condensation based finite element model correction method is verified through a simply supported beam model. By the dynamic condensation method, the structural dynamic equation size can be sharply reduced, accuracy and efficiency of the finite element model correction method can be remarkably improved, and high practicalityis realized.

Design method of cold spray nozzle for cold spraying

The invention relates to a design method of a cold spray nozzle for cold spraying. The cold spray nozzle is a Laval spray nozzle with a round section. Firstly, a throat diameter is determined, then anoutlet diameter is determined, a spray nozzle initial size model and a simplified model after a size is modified and optimized are established by adopting modeling software, and an original outlet diameter De and a length Ld of an expansion section are optimized. According to the invention, based on a material condition and a gas condition, by analyzing characteristics of a material and gas, an initial size is selected, and then by CFD calculation, an optimal size is obtained; rapid optimal design of the cold spray nozzle can be implemented; and meanwhile, for different spraying materials andprocess conditions, special design of various spray nozzles is completed.
