The prepared steel pipe is used as the crack initiation steel pipe for the full-scale gas bursting test; and after crack initiation is carried out, the fracture is of ductile fracture topography and has no obvious fracture separation.

The rigid prediction method comprises the steps that firstly, mango samples are divided into acomparison group (undamaged) and an experimental group (damaged), and the samples of the experimental group are placed at three different heights of a drop test machine respectively and fall free togenerate impact damage; then a hyper-spectrum imaging system is adopted for collecting spectrum images of the samples, and meanwhile a physical property analyzer is adopted for measuring and analyzingthe rigid value of sample pulp; finally a spectrum pre-treatment method, a characteristic wavelength extraction method and a statistical method are combined to build a pulp rigid prediction model, and the pulp rigid prediction model is applied to rigid prediction of the mangoes after impact damage. The rigid prediction method of mangoes effectively detects the change of rigid value of the mangoesafter impact damage based on a hyper-spectrum imaging technology and a mathematical modeling technology, has the advantages of no damage, quickness, accuracy and the like and can provide an importantmeans for revealing of fruit damage mechanism and no-damage evaluation of mechanical fruit damage.
