Microneedle array device and its fabrication method

A microneedle array device and its fabrication method are provided. The microneedle array device comprises a supporting pad and plural of microneedles. Each microneedle has a top portion with a via thereon, thereby the microfluid may flow in or out. The intersection between the top portion and the inner tube of a microneedle forms a convex needle structure, and is almost perpendicular to the upper surface. For each microneedle, a hollow closed tube is formed between the top portion and the supporting pad. The fabrication method uses the substrates with high transmittance and plural of convex area thereon as the upper and lower caps, and applies a photolithography process to fabricate a microneedle array mold. It then sputters or electroplates metal material on the mold. The microneedle array is formed after having taken off the mold. It is a simple fabrication process.

Hole bottom freezing cord coring drill and coring method thereof

The invention relates to a hole bottom freezing cord coring drill and a coring method thereof. In the invention, liquid nitrogen is taken as a refrigerant; the liquid nitrogen absorbs heat in the gasification process so as to freeze a core at a hole bottom and inhibit a natural gas hydrate from being decomposed. The drill comprises an outer tube assembly and an inner tube assembly; and in the process of acquiring the core, a sand hitch is utilized to drag the inner tube assembly out from the outer tube assembly, an end cover and a clamp spring are dismounted, a semi-closed tube and a core sample are pumped out together from a core tube, the two ends of the semi-closed tube are sealed by rubber plugs, and the core sample and the semi-closed tube are stored in a liquid nitrogen hold-up vessel or a high-pressure container together. The invention has the advantages that rapid freezing can be realized, and the freezing effect is good; since cord coring and hole bottom freezing are combined, rapid coring without lifting the drill is achieved; in the drilling process, the inner tube assembly does not rotate, thus damages on a hydras core caused by mechanical force generated by rotation of the drill is avoided to a greater degree, the percentage of coring, the core integrity degree and the representativeness are more effectively improved; and semi-closed tube type rapid ground surfacesampling is adopted, thus the core can be rapidly obtained from the ground surface.

An improved vehicle box assembly with an upright front or side panel defined by a monolithic one-piece roll-formed steel sheet member having a desired three-dimensional configuration. The sheet steel member is roll-formed in the lengthwise direction thereof. The panel has a channel, preferably a closed tubular channel on the front panel, roll-formed along one edge of the sheet steel during forming of the panel. The closed tubular edge rail is preferably closed by a seam weld which extends lengthwise therealong and is performed in line with the roll-forming operation. Plane-structure InGaAs array infrared detector

The invention discloses a novel plane-structure InGaAs array infrared detector. The structural design of the infrared detector is as follows: a shallow isolation groove is formed around an array photosensitive surface on an NIN-type epitaxial wafer by etching; a PN junction area of the photosensitive surface is formed by closed tube diffusion, and a guard ring integrated with the shallow isolation groove is formed; and guard ring electrodes and annular covering electrodes are formed by thickening Cr / Au. The novel plane-structure InGaAs array infrared detector has the advantages that the shallow isolation groove and the guard ring with the integrated design can effectively inhibit cross talk between adjacent photosensitive surfaces of an array device and enlargement of the photosensitive surfaces, and the enlargement of the photosensitive surfaces can be further inhibited and the photosensitive surfaces can be accurately defined if the infrared detector is aided with small diffusion holes and the annular covering electrodes. In the plane extension wavelength InGaAs array device, the shallow isolation groove can also help effectively inhibit drain current between P electrodes of adjacent photosensitive surfaces caused by lattice mismatching of materials.

The invention discloses a primer-probe composition for detecting seven kinds of hot-spot mutation of KRAS gene of humans. The primer-probe composition comprises 7 pairs of specific primers and one kind of specific probes, wherein the 7 pairs of specific primers are respectively prepared from 7 kinds of ARMS primers and one kind of downstream primer. The invention further discloses a kit containing the primer-probe composition, and a method for detecting mutation by using the kit. The primer-probe composition disclosed by the invention is high in sensitivity and specificity; when the kit is used, the detection processes are all reactions carried out in closed tubes, so that the pollution is significantly reduced, and besides, a UNG enzyme anti-pollution system and an internal control system are added, so that more accurate and stable typing detection can be performed on samples, and the results are guaranteed to be genuine and credible; the detection method is fast, the detection can be completed within 100 minutes, the result judgment is simple and objective, and the analysis is convenient.

Method for recovering mixed rare earth chlorides from neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material scraps

The invention provides a method for recovering mixed rare earth chlorides from neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material scraps, which is characterized in that: grinding the neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material scraps in an environment of an inert gas to obtain a powdered material, adding a proper amount of carbon powder into the powdered material, introducing a dry chlorine gas into the mixed powder to perform chlorination and performing two closed-tube chemical vapor transport processes for the chlorinated product to obtain the mixed rare earth chlorides which contain over 95 percent of rare earth and anhydrous ferric chloride with a purity of about 98 percent respectively; and using oxalate to perform precipitation and obtaining cobalt oxide with a purity of about 99 percent by washing, dehydration and roasting. When the method is used for recovering the mixed rare earth chlorides and valuable elements such as iron and cobalt from the neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material scraps, the varieties and using amount of chemical raw materials can be reduced in a recovery process, the discharge of waste gases and water can be reduced, and the waste gases can be absorbed by ammonia water so as to be reused.
