seawater corrosion resistant pressure-balanced valve. The
seawater corrosion resistant pressure-balanced valve comprises a
valve seat, a valve core, an oil bag, a spring, a snap
ferrule type three-way joint and a conical
threaded pipe joint, wherein the slide valve type valve core and the
valve seat form a radial seal through an O-shaped ring; the
valve seat is seated inside a valve body, one end of the valve seat serves as a water inlet, and the other end of the valve seat and the O-shaped ring form a seal; an inlet of the valve is connected to the valve body through the conical
threaded pipe joint; the opening of the pressure-balanced valve is realized in a manner that the pressure of an inlet of a slide valve is higher than that of a balancing port of the slide valve; the valve core of the pressure-balanced valve adopts a slide valve type direct-acting type structure, so that the pressure-balanced valve is high in responding speed and small in pressure overshoot. seawater corrosion resistant pressure-balanced valve, the structure is novel and compact, the
controllability of water charging / discharging of a
system can be guaranteed, the vibration of the valve core is relatively low, the pressure of the inlet and an outlet is stable, the spring is immersed into oil of the oil bag, and thus, the seawater
corrosion prevention for the spring is realized; the seawater
corrosion resistant pressure-balanced valve has the advantages of low cost, easiness in mounting and the like.
