The method includes the steps that 1, a land is prepared, wherein the land which isdeep in soil layer and good in drainage is selected as a planting land, and rotary tillage treatment is performed after base fertilizer is applied to the planting land; 2, seedlings are transplanted,wherein planting pits are dug in the planting land, the plum seedlings are transplanted into the planting pits, line spacing is 30-40 cm, row spacing is 30-38 cm, leguminous plants are planted between the adjacent plum seedlings, and then the plum seedlings are watered with a nutrient solution, wherein the nutrient solution comprises, by weight, 5-8 parts of willow bark juice, 0.5-1 part of granulated sugar, 0.5-1 part of brassin and 3-6 parts of water; 3, nursery stocks are managed, wherein after transplanting, humus soil with the thickness of 3-5 cm is laid on the planting pits, then weedsof 2-3 cm cover the surface of the humus soil, water spraying is performed, and the humidity of the planting pits is kept to be 10-15%; 4, fertilizer application management is performed. By the adoption of the method, the plums are cultivated, and therefore the survival rate of the plum seedlings is increased greatly.

A method for improving the survival rate of peach embryo seedling transplanting

The invention discloses a method for improving the transplanting survival rate of peach embryo culture seedlings. The method comprises the following steps: (1) building an arched shed, ensuring that the air humidity in the arched shed is 95% or above, arranging a plurality of planting grooves in the arched shed, and filling and covering the planting grooves with a substrate with proper humidity; (2) selecting embryo seedlings with 3-5 pieces of true leaves as embryo seedlings of a transplanting group and carrying out transplanting; (3) keeping the air humidity in the arched shed to be 95% or above for 5-7 days, then carrying out thorough watering for one time when new roots and new leaves of the embryo seedlings grow out, and carrying out watering when the substrate is dry; and (4) transplanting the seedlings: transplanting the survival peach embryo culture seedlings 7-9 days after the transplanting into a seedling field when the sunlight is weak or in a cloudy day, and carrying out normal growth and management. The method remarkably improves the transplanting survival rate of the peach tree embryo seedlings to 99.3% or above, the process is simple and convenient, the workload of the seedling transplanting is obviously reduced, and a growth adaptation period of the seedlings in the seedling field environment is obviously shortened, so that the seedlings are strong and the rootsystem is developed.
