Abstract

The soilless culture substrate comprises the following ingredients such as 3-10% parts by weight of tourmaline, 7-18% parts by weight of syrup, 9-18% of zeolite, 2-8% parts by weight of vermiculite, 3-7% parts by weight of perlite, 4-16% parts by weight of diatomaceous earth, 30-50% parts by weight of agroforestry waste, and 12-21% parts by weight of binders. The sum of the weight ratios of the components above is 100%. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing tourmaline, medical stones, zeolite, vermiculite, perlite, diatomite powder; adding agricultural and forestry wastes, binders and mixed powder for uniform mixing; extruding them into formation through a double screw-rod extruder and disinfecting the mixture by microwaves.
