The invention relates to a graft-modified high-molecular anti-
fog coating as well as a preparation method and an application method thereof. The graft-modified high-molecular anti-
fog coating is prepared from the following components: a long-chain
polymer containing polyhydroxy functional groups,
silane, a
metal salt catalyst, a
solvent and nano
titanium dioxide, the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving the long-chain
polymer containing polyhydroxy functional groups into the
solvent at 80-95 DEG C, adding the
metal salt catalyst, adding a preset proportion of
silane according to the
grafting rate, reacting at 45-65 DEG C, adding nano
titanium dioxide, and continuously stirring to react, thereby obtaining the required product. The invention provides the graft-modified high-molecular anti-
fog coating as well as the preparation method and the application method thereof. The
metal salt is used as a catalyst, hydrophilic groups are grafted on the surface of the
polymer in a
grafting modification mode, compared with a cross-linking mode, the method is more stable and controllable, nano
titanium dioxide particles are added for modification,
water resistance and durability are improved, and the product is used for glasses, goggles, automobiles, bathrooms and the like, is widely suitable for
macromolecule resin, glass, stone and other materials, and can solve thefogging problem.
