morning of an operation, and head MRI thin-layer chromatographic scanning is carried out; fifthly, preoperative MRI and the MRI obtained in
morning of the operation are mixed in a Neurotech
system; sixthly, three-dimensional coordinate values X, Y and Z of an inlet point and a far point of each electrode are worked out according to developing points of the Leksell framework on the MRI, and the unique space
direction angle a value and the angle beta value of each electrode are worked out; finally, the coordinate values, the angle a direction and the angle beta direction are adjusted on the head frame of the Leksell framework, and the deep electrodes are accurately and quickly implanted to objective positions through customized operative instruments. According to the implementation method, operation is easy and convenient, and the deep electrodes can be precisely, safely, reliably and quickly implanted to the objective positions.
