The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile detection, and particularly relates to an automobile
stamping part testing fixture which comprises a base, a
manipulator, a lifting unit, anelectromagnet, a clamping plate, a positioning pin and a supporting arm. The cross section of the base is square, a lifting unit is arranged in the center of the upper end of the base, an
electromagnet is arranged above the lifting unit, and the section of the
electromagnet is circular. A rubber plate is adhered to the upper end of the
electromagnet, and the section shape of the rubber plate is the same as that of the electromagnet. The lifting unit is used for driving the electromagnet to ascend and descend, a
manipulator is arranged at the corner of the upper end of the base, the
tail end ofthe
manipulator can move to the center above the base, and a detection unit is arranged at the
tail end of the manipulator. According to the invention, the four supporting arms are matched with the electromagnet and the detection unit, so that the testing fixture can be suitable for
stamping parts with different sizes and can be used for detecting the
stamping parts, the manufacturing cost of thestamping part testing fixture is reduced, and the product detection efficiency is improved.
