The invention discloses an environment-friendly and
pollution-free
processing method for bamboo chips for a piece-to-piece jointed mat. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1)
cutting a bamboo tube into bamboo chips; (2) performing boring and fine
grinding on the bamboo chips on a boring and fine
grinding device; (3)
roasting; (4) washing with water; and (5)
drying. The boring and fine
grinding device comprises a frame which comprises thereon a longitudinal feeding mechanism for feeding in a bamboo
chip length direction, a feeding track, a side face abrading and grinding mechanism, an auxiliary hole boring mechanism, a green
surface grinding mechanism, a transverse feeding mechanism in a bamboo
chip width direction, a feeding disc, and a bamboo
chip end face boring and grinding mechanism. The method and the device are applicable to abrading of both side faces of the bamboo chips in the length direction, boring in the length direction, and grinding and
polishing of the green surfaces and four side faces in the length and width directions of the bamboo chips. The method disclosed by the invention is feasible; the obtained products can be directly fed to the
roasting step, thereby avoiding
pollution caused by bamboo chip sanding and
water washing steps to the environment; the device is simple in structure, convenient to maintain, low in
operating cost, and easy to operate and control, and full-automatic
intelligent control can be achieved.
