The invention provides a drainage
control system for a substation cable layer. The drainage
control system mainly consists of a
water level sensor, a control box and a drainage water pump, wherein the
water level sensor is placed in the substation cable layer, can convert a
water level signal into an
electric signal and can be accessed to an MCU (microprogrammed
control unit) processor in the control box through an AD (analog-to-digital) sampling circuit; the control box mainly consists of the MCU processor, a man-
machine interface and a water pump control
relay which composed of a
relay contact point and an AC (
alternating current)
contactor; the MCU processor is connected with a man-
machine interface which can set water level alarm and action fixed values, and is connected with the control
relay which is connected with an automatic
monitoring system and is mainly used for realizing the automatic water level alarm and control on the turn-on of the drainage water pump; and the drainage water pump is connected with the AC
contactor of the control relay in series and can be used for connecting the water pump power supply and starting the water pump drainage when the control box determines the water level exceeding a drainage set value. The drainage
control system provided by the invention has the characteristics of clever design, reasonable structure, convenience and reliability in use, interface and
modular design, capability of greatly promoting the
electric power safety production and the like.
