A call center system for coaching a player in judgmental aspects of an athletic sport or for practicing judgmental aspects of the sport includes a call center computer having a display and a memory. The system may also include a camera, a telephone, and a position locator system. Either the pictures stored in the memory or pictures taken with the camera are used to provide coaching or practice. Pictures of a golf course, golf course mapping data, or both are stored in a call center system. GPS data indicating the position of a golf ball on a golf course hole is used to provide either an overhead view of the hole and terrain features, pictures of the course at or near the location of the ball, or both, on a golf professional computer display.

The photoelectric encoder of the present invention has a light-emitting device and light-receiving devices arranged in one direction in a region that light from the light-emitting device can reach. When a moving object that alternately has a light-on portion that produces a state in which light is incident on the light-receiving device and a light-off portion that produces a state in which light is not incident on the light-receiving device passes at a prescribed movement frequency in the one direction, an output of each of the light-receiving devices takes a value corresponding to the incidence or nonincidence of light on the light-receiving device. A logical operating section carries out operation of the logical values expressed by the outputs of the light-receiving devices to form an output signal that has a frequency different from the movement frequency.

Medical PET image denoising method based on DNST domain bivariate shrinkage and bilateral non-local mean filtering

The invention discloses a medical PET image denoising method based on combination of DNST domain bivariate shrinkage and rotation invariant bilateral non-local mean filtering. The method comprises thefollowing steps of 1) establishing a medical PET image model; 2) decomposing the PET image through discrete inseparable shear waves; 3) carrying out double-variable shrinkage processing on the high-frequency shear wave coefficient; and step 4) carrying out rotation invariant bilateral non-local mean filtering processing on the low-frequency shear wave coefficient, and step 4) carrying out DNST inverse transformation on the processed coefficient. According to the method, experimental analysis is compared with the latest denoising field algorithm, and the method is effectively applied to the field of medical PET denoising; especially for PET low frequency, rotation-invariant bilateral non-local mean filtering is adopted, and double-variable contraction is carried out on the high-frequency shear wave coefficient, so that detail information of soft tissues in the medical PET image can be better protected. Through comparison of a large amount of experimental data, the medical PET image denoising method based on combination of shear wave domain bivariate shrinkage and rotation invariant bilateral non-local mean filtering is provided, and analysis and diagnosis of doctors can be better facilitated.
