The invention provides an apparatus and process for treating
ammonia nitrogen wastewater and recycling
ammonia, belonging to the technical field of
chemical engineering. Directed at the defects of high unit steam consumption and operation cost or complex process, multiple sets of equipment, high investment and the like of conventional steam-stripping
deamination processes, the invention provides the apparatus and process for treating
ammonia nitrogen wastewater and recycling ammonia only by using
electric energy. The apparatus comprises a
raw material preheater, a stripping
deamination tower, a
tower-bottom
liquid tank, a
tower-bottom liquid discharging pump, a tower-bottom liquid
circulating pump, a
reboiler, a steam compressor, a condensate liquid
reflux pump, a condensate liquid separation tank, etc. Only a small amount of steam is needed in
system starting; steam needed in stripping is obtained by compressing steam at the top of the stripping
deamination tower via the steam compressor and then allowing the compressed steam to pass through the
reboiler, and raw steam is not needed after starting;
power consumption per
ton of water is less than 10 DEG, and operation cost is substantially lower than operation cost in the prior art; and the apparatus further has the advantages of a small occupied
land area, needs for few matching public projects, simple process, usage of few sets of equipment, convenience in maintenance and operation management, high
automation degree, low
total investment, etc.
