The invention discloses a two-dimensional laser radar point cloud data processing method. Environmental data is collected through laser radar scanning, point cloud data pre-processing is performed, apolar coordinate system with laser radar being a coordinate point is converted into a rectangular coordinate system that is used for posture calibration of a robot, environmental information is effectively detected and recognized through region segmentation, feature extraction, point cloud segmentation, two-dimensional laser radar and a camera fusion detection algorithm, and three-dimensional coordinate fusion is conducted through a vent needle model of the camera and the laser radar, so that the robot calibrates the posture according to a deviation. The invention also discloses a dynamic robot posture calibration method, wherein a camera is adopted as an auxiliary detection sensor and obtains the real-time posture state of the robot together with laser radar, the adjustment amount of a calibration system is obtained by comparing the real-time posture state with a desired posture state, calibration is continuously carried out until the deviation between the robot posture detected by the laser radar and the desired posture is less than a certain threshold value, and thus a whole closed-loop posture calibration process is completed.

Disclosed is a system, method, and program for selecting an input/output (I/O) command in a queue of I/O commands. Each I/O command operates within a range of addressable locations on a storage medium. Each addressable location is defined according to a sector number and track number. The program makes use of a plurality of buckets, wherein each bucket represents a range of consecutive sector numbers. Each queued I/O command is associated with a bucket such that a sector number of an addressable location in which an I/O command operates is within the range of sectors comprising the associated bucket. A reference position is determined. A selection routine is then executed to select an I/O command. The selection routine selects a bucket including at least one I/O command and selects an I/O command within the selected bucket. The routine then determines whether the selected I/O command meets a selection criteria. The routine indicates the selected I/O command as the I/O command to process. Another iteration of the selection routine is performed after determining that the selected I/O command does not meet the selection criteria.

The invention relates to a prediction device and a prediction method for the state of an emergency topic. The prediction device and the prediction method are provided based on the research of a microblog topic production mechanism and the influence of opinion leaders of emergency on the state of the emergency topic. The prediction device is provided with four components of a text acquisition unit, a topic clustering unit, a topic state recognition unit and a topic state prediction unit, and the topic state is predicted through the participation state of the opinion leaders, so that the prediction method of the topic state is simplified, the prediction accuracy is higher, and a basis can be provided for monitoring the tendency of the emergency topic. Through the calculation method of topic attention provided by the invention, the computation complexity of a traditional topic attention method is reduced. Moreover, the numerical value prediction of the topic attention is replaced by adopting the prediction of the state of the topic, so that the prediction content is more reasonable, and the prediction accuracy is higher. Furthermore, a prediction method of a hidden Markov model is provided, the set of the opinion leaders and the model of topic prediction are constructed through incremental iteration, so that the prediction operation can be obviously simplified, and the prediction efficiency is improved.
