power grid according to the power dispatching parameters of the
power grid and the power generation information of a
photovoltaic power generation system; solving the power dispatching function to obtain an electric quantity dispatching optimal solution of the
photovoltaic power generation system; and acquiring an electric quantity dispatching optimal scheme of the power grid according to the electric quantity dispatching optimal solution, sending the electric quantity dispatching optimal solution to a dispatching
control system, and performing dispatching control on power generation and
energy storage work of the photovoltaic
power generation system and electric quantity clearing work of a clearing
system of the power grid by the dispatching
control system according to the electric quantity dispatching optimal scheme. According to the invention, the electric quantity of the distributed photovoltaic
power generation system can be accurately scheduled and stored, and the lacked electric quantity can be dispatchingfrom the power grid when the power generation quantity and the
energy storage quantity of the photovoltaic
power generation system are less than the demand quantity, so that the actual application demand is met.
