The present invention is a three dimensional insect trap, for capturing, numerating, determining population levels and controlling insects by physical trapping, mass trapping and mating disruption. The trap is comprised of a bottom piece, a top piece, a device for hanging pheromones, kairomones or other attractants and an area for either a replaceable component used for mating disruption via auto-dissemination, an adhesive-coated grid-marked floor or a capture reservoir for holding soapy water or oil. The trap can be hung within the insect environment by a device on the top piece or by attachment to a vertical stake or pole by use of support brackets.

A thin organic light emitting device that can be used in thin devices like mobile phones and personal digital assistants. An organic light emitting display (OLED) includes a layer that blocks UV rays so that the diode and the transistor are shielded from UV rays during and after production. In order to prevent breakage during production, two substrates are bonded together and the devices are formed on each of the two substrates, providing a thicker structure that is less apt to break. The substrates are separated after production is complete.

A nailer includes a nailer body and a spacer actuator design. The spacer actuator design has a container tube and a flexible propelling unit. A liftable cover is screwed into the top of a container tube. In the case of a closing state of the cover, the hollow trough cover can be connected to the open-top hollow tube of the container tube. An improved pellet mill is shown which has an annular die of the kind having a multiplicity of radial bores through which raw material is extruded to form pellets. The annular body of the die has an inner circumferential surface which defines a compression side of the die, and an outer circumferential surface which defines a discharge side of the die. The compression side and discharge side of the body are separated by a thickness therebetween with the radial bores extending through the thickness from the compression side to the discharge side thereof. Each die hole begins as a countersink region on the compression side of the die body. The countersink region leads to a compression hole which communicates with the discharge side of the die body. Each of the compression holes has an internal diameter and a length. The ratio of the internal diameter to length of each compression hole is at least about 16:1.

The housing has a first containing room to contain the sleeve component having a second containing room. The sleeve component has a front end formed with a reflective surface. The sensor unit is placed inside the second containing room and has a window, via which the sensor unit detects heat radiation. The sleeve component is used to lower heat radiation impact upon the sensor unit and prevent inexact measurements by the sensor unit caused by detecting objects other than the measured object. The sleeve component helps to reflect heat radiation from the measured object to the infrared sensor. This sensor unit functions well even though it is not disposed at the front most end of the probe. The holding component has one end against the bottom of the sensor unit.

Methods for performing model-based lithography guided layout design

Methods are disclosed to create efficient model-based Sub-Resolution Assist Features (MB-SRAF). An SRAF guidance map is created, where each design target edge location votes for a given field point on whether a single-pixel SRAF placed on this field point would improve or degrade the aerial image over the process window. In one embodiment, the SRAF guidance map is used to determine SRAF placement rules and / or to fine-tune already-placed SRAFs. The SRAF guidance map can be used directly to place SRAFs in a mask layout. Mask layout data including SRAFs may be generated, wherein the SRAFs are placed according to the SRAF guidance map. The SRAF guidance map can comprise an image in which each pixel value indicates whether the pixel would contribute positively to edge behavior of features in the mask layout if the pixel is included as part of a sub-resolution assist feature.

In forming the display electrodes across the display, the electrodes extend to only one of the right or left side of the display area.
