pile, a cross beam, hydraulic hoops, supporting arms, a horizontal counter-force device, supporting bases, the foundation
pipe and inverted hydraulic oil cylinders A, the supporting arms are horizontally and rotationally connected with the left and right sides of the front side face and the left and right sides of the rear side face of the cross beam, and the hydraulic oil cylinders A are fixed to the outermost ends of thesupporting arms and the bottom of the center of the cross beam. The ends of ejector rods of the hydraulic oil cylinders A are spherically hinged to the supporting bases, and the supporting bases aremovably connected with the hydraulic hoops through double pin shafts.
